I've seen the staff hustle in this place, especially during peak hours when there can be a line out the door. They manage to serve customers efficiently and take phone orders that never seem to stop, all while keeping a smile on their faces. I don't know how they do it! The Galloway location is the busiest restaurant I've ever seen at lunchtime, but even when they are short-staffed, they manage to get orders out quickly and the food is always great. The amazing crunchy bagel, topped with cream cheese, lox, and tomato, really satisfied my craving and for a second made me feel like I was back in NYC. But then I opened my eyes and felt at ease again, appreciating the ample parking outside, plenty of space inside, and the genuinely friendly staff! If you enjoy a great bagel from time to time, this is definitely the place to visit!

Fantastic bagels and a wide range of options! In my visits, I've found the staff to be friendly and genuinely cheerful when engaging with customers. One young woman even hit me with a hilarious dad joke when I asked for something like veggie cream cheese. I’m still sharing that story with others!

This was my second visit in a row, and unfortunately, the bagels were quite bland. It seems they've cut a lot of corners. This place used to be a five-star gem, but I'm not sure what changed. I won't be returning until they improve. Very disappointed! Reserva una mesa ahora
