I’ve been here so many times, countless. Each time I come the food is just so disappointing. Their jerk chicken bagel is not even real jerked out chicken. I think people seem to think jerk chicken is just putting the jerk sauce on it then boom it’s done. But no. I think they need to rename the jerk chicken bagel; bbq chicken bagel or something along the lines of that. Also, their recipe for the apple crumble has changed, it used to be so nice but now they’ve put something in it that throws the whole taste off and it literally tastes weird. People have spoken about this for so long so when I got the chance to go, I was excited It was very late night and still packed so this gave me hope it was going to be good. This was wrong I ordered a pattie and a bagel and left. Once in the car, we left and I bit into the pattie... and it was COLD even tho I asked for it hot. I took another bite, and it was hot. Then it was literally hit and miss if it was hot or cold. Not hot or warm, hot or COLD! And the bagel was the same. I would be eating hot tuna in one bite and would feel I was eating tuna straight out of the can on the next I could manage it in the bagel but put me off the patty to the point I did not finish it
While London boasts two famous bagel spots, this place is definitely worth a visit due to its wide variety of fillings such as Jerk chicken, Chinese chicken, and minted lamb. They also offer classic puddings served with custard, though it is not homemade. I tried the minted lamb bagel, which was delicious, although the mint sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking. The chocolate sponge dessert I ordered was a bit soft and didn't hold together well.
Order a bagel and if came cold and the rice and jerk chicken was dry and cold with no sauce. I asked for everything to be warmed apart from my Apple crumble however nothing was warmed up Apart from the Apple crumble. Avoid this place at all costs. The workers hate their jobs and will take it out on you and your bagel. Terrible place

I was expecting something to rival beigel bake in brick lane. Chalk and cheese, I'm afraid. saltbeef was chewy and tastless, the bagal was just bread... But the staff were very pleasant, other foods looked good and sold well such as cake and custard, chicken, allsorts of patties, and a good slush puppy machine..
Don’t eat here. They warm up your bagels in the microwave. The whole thing cream cheese and all. Only one type of bagel available (plain). Quite a few toppings but they all end up horrible after microwaving. They could learn to toast a bagel and then add toppings after.

I visited the restaurant late on a weeknight. I ordered the jerk chicken and cheese bagel with BBQ sauce. It was filled generously with chicken and was served hot from the microwave. The server was friendly and provided great service.

The staff at this restaurant was disrespectful, there was no customer service, and I found hair in my food. I will never come back to this place, it is dirty and deserves 0 stars if I could give it.
