Stopped in with my wife on Sunday a couple weeks ago, could not understand girl that took my order wanted butter on bagel brought it with no butter, she did not know what to do, had to ask another worker, then said if you want butter an additional $1.65 I said ok she went back to counter and waited on customers, finally I got up gave her back the butter less bagels said keep my money I will never go back. I can never understand a person that owns a business that I am sure costs quite a bit and let?s un supervised employees run it into the ground???We would never go back.If it stays running this way it won?t be there long anyway, usually on a Sunday bagel places are busy this one was not. Yesterday September 5 the service was horrible and I spent 71 dollars at this store and they still didn't give me all my order I paid for it. When I called to speak to a manager I was basically disregarded and told there is no Manager and they don't know when One will be Available. This is so disrespectful to customer's that drive 40 minutes to a Store they considered a Great place. I spent also a hour waiting for a incomplete order.??. And they still wanted to charge me 85cents more for Butter to spread on my Bagel, after a 71 dollar order. So Sad and forgot items in my order.
My bagel was hard , wrong and took almost 15 min ... Asked for toasted easy light butter before Lox cream cheese ... Hard , cold, no butter and light cream cheese ??? Everyone waiting could not figure out what was going on but we realized they were taking phone orders and our priority wasn't one at all ???
I paid $5.75 for one bagel topped with creamy cheese, but it wasn't even cut in half as they claimed it would be! I had to go back inside to ask them to cut it. I expected a better experience. Now I guess I'll have to scrape the cream cheese off the film?

Would you expect that if you buy bagels on a Saturday at 9:00 AM, they would be soft and fresh—not tough and hard? Paying $12 for half a dozen bagels and cream cheese seems steep. Next time, I’ll just grab some pre-packaged ones from Ralphs next door.
Delicious bagels! I wasn't very impressed with the cream cheese, though—it lacked flavor. The menu looks great overall, and I’m excited to try something else next time.
Stop to get coffee and drinks. Look at the place very busy and the food looks good. So we tried their bagel sandwiches and it's great. Very good food. You'll love it.
Little high on price paid $21 for regular coffee 1 OJ and 2 bagels and employees looks sad and upset.

Typically busy, but they do a good job on their Bagels breakfast! Coffee is also pretty good!
