I watched them for a while and then went back to the counter, trying to signal my presence. Finally, one of them took action and toasted my bagel, but they still hadn’t started on my drink. They were still engrossed in their conversation and looking at their phones. By the way, I was the only customer in the store at the time.
I returned to the counter again and politely asked if I could get my drink. They looked at me as if they were seeing me for the first time. Eventually, one of them snapped out of it and apologized. We used to love this place. The bagels were great and it was clean and nice place to sit and eat. Well, we probably went there this morning for the last time. The place is really dirty and I'm not sure how they got a rating from the health department. Food was so so coffee was not great but the place is a mess. I'm so sorry, but we won't be back. Sorry to have given them one star
Terrible bagel shop in South Orange County! They are never open on time. During my last five visits, I arrived when they were supposed to be open, and I had to wait for someone to show up and unlock the door. On top of that, the bagels I went to buy are never available! Don’t waste your time!
Great place for a bagel! I?ll be frank and say they are a bit pricier than some of their competition. They make up for that with the quality of the food you receive. Tastes great, and made right! Don?t get me started on how nice the staff is at this location. 10/10 would bagel again.

This place really needs improvement. I've been waiting here for 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito, and I've watched two groups come in and leave because of the poor service and presentation.

Not the best bagel I’ve had… the cheese was too much and the bread was a little burnt! I was not expecting that!
Poor service. Bad coffee. Mediocre bagels. Not very clean. We definitely will not return
