If there was a no star option that?s definitely what I would of chose. I used to love this place and have been coming here for years on and off. Eversince the older woman left things have changed. We all know the cost of food has increased so that was expected but the communication with the staff is terrible and can cause you to be overcharged and then rudely answered when you ask about the price of something. The girl who took my order put in whatever she thought I wantedwithout confirming it with me. The cashier charged me for something I didn?t order. The girl came over to argue that that?s what I ordered instead of professionally trying to figure out the miscommunication. I paid for it already and thecashier offered to give me some type of refund. I declined and said keep it but will never go back here again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I go cycling every weekend and our group finishes at this place. My whole group comes into this store to buy water, bananas, and sports drinks after we are done. The bagels are great and the price is and you can pay with cash or credit but the credit after 10. Its a small store so we usually have to sit outside or at the park nearby to eat. If you ever stop by the store near 12:00pm Saturdays and Sundays you can see our group arrive and eat, talk about our ride and relaxat the store.

The last few times I have ordered bagels, at least 2 of them were a day old. This was at 9:30 AM. You can always tell day old bagels because they are quite hard. They should at least let you know they are not freshly made that morning. I only go there in a pinch. Best bagels in New Rochelle are on the north side.

My friend recommended this place to me, after not having been in the area for a long time. I got the Kennedy Special ; named after myself. (Sausage, bacon, egg and cream cheese. On your choice bread) Literally a 10/10 Also. It was toasted. Try Bagel Zone.

Nice little bagel shop with quality bagels and a very courteous staff. We moved quickly through the line and they got our order right, confirming to make sure it was right. Great bagels and service.
