We all know the cost of food has increased so that was expected but the communication with the staff is terrible and can cause you to be overcharged and then rudely answered when you ask about the price of something. The girl who took my order put in whatever she thought I wantedwithout confirming it with me. The cashier charged me for something I didn?t order. On Mother's Day, I ordered $32 worth of food through Uber Eats, but I received a call from the restaurant after I included a request for lox and scallion cream cheese in the order comments since it wasn't listed on the app. I had ordered it before, so I knew they offered it. A woman from the restaurant told me to cancel my entire order because it would "lose money" to send me just that bagel. I had chosen the bagel and lox, which is the most expensive option, to offset any additional costs. It's unbelievable that they would be so greedy over 50 cents extra and ask me to cancel the order, knowing that Uber Eats would still charge me 95% of the total. This place deserves no business! This used to be the best place for bagels! However, since the pandemic, prices have skyrocketed, and lately, the quality of the ingredients just isn't the same. The bagels definitely taste frozen, and the eggs and ham have a peculiar flavor. The owner is very friendly, but I've noticed that some of the staff seem to favor certain customers, often serving them before others who've been waiting. When I inquired about the frequent price increases, they attributed it to inflation, yet they just opened a second location, so it seems the new prices are working in their favor!

I go cycling every weekend, and our group often finishes at this store. After our ride, we all stop in to grab water, bananas, and sports drinks. The bagels are fantastic, and the prices are fair; you can pay with either cash or credit (though credit is accepted only after 10 AM). It's a small shop, so we usually end up sitting outside or at a nearby park to enjoy our snacks. In my recent visits, I've noticed that at least two of the bagels I ordered were a day old, even during my 9:30 AM visits. Day-old bagels tend to be quite hard, and I believe customers should be informed when the bagels are not freshly made that morning. I only stop by in urgent situations. For the best bagels in New Rochelle, I recommend heading to the north side.

This delightful little bagel shop offers high-quality bagels and has an exceptionally courteous staff. We moved swiftly through the line, and our order was correct, as they double-checked to ensure everything was accurate. The bagels are fantastic, and the service is top-notch.

My friend recommended this place to me, after not having been in the area for a long time. I got the Kennedy Special ; named after myself. (Sausage, bacon, egg and cream cheese. On your choice bread) Literally a 10/10 Also. It was toasted. Try Bagel Zone.
