Part of me still does however I am shocked by this email from the management team.I ordered online for pickup (like I've done many times) and received confirmation of pickup for 9:03.I got there at 9:10 and saw a few other online orders for pick up at the side. My husband and I visited the Mamaroneck location, and our experience was quite disappointing. He ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese, but it came with peppers and onions, which was unexpected, so I had to return it. When I received my order, it was completely undercooked. All I got was a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese, and it wasn't even warm. I’ve attached a photo of the undercooked food. Given that we paid over twelve dollars, it felt overpriced, and the quality of the food was lacking.
The place is always busy and they have good food but this is the second time where I saw the worker use the same glove to prepare the food and take payment from customer. He then used the same glove after touching the screen and taking payment to prepare someone else's food.
Fantastic bagel shop! I really enjoy their variety of flavors and breakfast sandwiches. The bagels are always fresh and tasty, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The egg sandwich was well-prepared and tasty, although the cheese could have been melted a bit more. Other than that, it was excellent!
Amazing place, the customer service is excellent. Great bagels better than any in city. Get my real NYC bagels in Larchmont. So happy.

Been a great staple in Larchmont! Try the French toast bagel with butter. Not toasted!

Family enjoyed excellent EVERYTHING bagels. But, Be careful and check for overcharges.
