We ordered four buttered bagels and one plain bagel. We paid for the buttered bagels but received all plain bagels. This was disappointing since we specifically paid for buttered bagels and are regular customers. Not sure what happened there.

The bagels at this restaurant are exceptional, and they also serve whitefish salad which is not commonly found. Thank you for having that option available! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The best bagel store in all of Long Island. Grew up in Sayville and love Hot Bagels. Best bagels. And the rugekach was delicious too. Thank you. Many blessings always.
