Terrible service took them over 2 hours to get me my food i drove to the bagel shop and i see the delivery driver leaving as i pull up after they told me 3 times an hour before the guy was on his way. The owner just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders! Worst bagel shop around i figured id try something new and this is what happens. I dont recommend ever going. They werent even busy! No wonder why they have terrible ratings.

Yesterday I bought a beetroot juice for my grandmother, thinking of doing her good for her stomach and you don't know how sorry I am to have found this establishment. My grandmother ended up in the hospital in the emergency room because the juice made her stomach sick. The juice tasted like everything but beetroot, even had bits in it that weren't strained. Well terrible, I never buy in this place again.

I purchased $50 worth of bagels and cream cheese for my office. When I asked the woman at the counter for paper plates on my way out, she told me they cost $7 for 10 plates. I will never go back there. It's not a place worth supporting.

I ordered a bagel, and they burned it, I called back to get a refund, and they declined. They put me on hold for five minutes, and when I called back, they hung up on me. I recommend not going here.

I absolutely love the cream cheese bagels here, and they offer a great variety of cream cheese flavors, including jalapeño and veggies. I highly recommend this place for brunch!

The best bagels place In north Bergen. I ordered some eggs sandwiches, very quick service and fresh bagels. This place is great and also employees are very friendly.

My fav weekend bagel shop and the bagels just just like the ones in NYC.. owner is super friendly and staff too.. they have v good house coffee too.
