The bagels here are fantastic, and most of the staff is friendly. However, there’s one young woman who consistently has an unpleasant attitude and isn’t very welcoming. I always make an effort to be polite, greeting her with a "good morning" and saying "thank you," but she just gives me a look that says she doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t respond at all. I’m not sure why they let her act this way towards customers. There are plenty of other bagel shops in the area, and it’s disappointing, so I won’t be returning to this location.
The staff who answer the phone could benefit from some basic customer service training, and they should work on reducing their attitudes. It’s hard to hear or understand them due to the background noise and shouting, which made for a very frustrating experience. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common issue. Given the abundance of breakfast options in the area, one would expect them to try harder. However, the bagels are good, which is the only reason I’m giving them three stars.
The bagels here are fantastic! I highly recommend placing your order ahead of time, especially on weekends and during Monday holidays (they're usually open). However, one downside is that even if you order for pick-up, you still have to wait in line, as there isn't a designated pick-up area. On the bright side, your order will be ready by the time you reach the front of the line.
Best bagels around!I get an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese.My wife gets an everything flagel (flat bagel) with raspberry cream cheese (unique and delicious!)I haven’t tried the nova lox because I’m cheap and it’s pricey for the nova and plain cheese — and then you have to add tomatoes, onions, capers separately.Not super chill IMO! ?

Was not as good as I remember but still 4/5. Like everything else, bagels have gotten expensive and the sandwiches are no value. They still pack them in here though. Expect to wait and have trouble finding parking.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown and they charged me 21 dollars! 21 dollars for a sandwich! On top of which I was the 1st to order before anyone and was last to receive my food. Never again!
The bagels here are fantastic! However, it would be beneficial for them to hire staff who have a better grasp of English. Be sure to double-check your order, as they have made mistakes with mine twice.
Great bagels smells.so.good. They are great to place an order lemme say that smell of fresh baked bagels are astounding. ..LoL cream cheese yummy

This place is fantastic, although there's usually a wait. They should consider having separate lines for bagels and sandwiches.
Absolutely the best bagels! This is my favorite bagel shop, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.
