This bakery is located in the gas station. It offers bread, sandwiches (hot and cold) and pastries. The quality of the products is extra, as much bread, sandwiches and pastries, and this for a very affordable price. As my work is nearby, I return often, with a lot of pleasure. Tradition? It's industrial bakery... I don't have anything against that, but to put tradition in the name, I have to dare. I took a salmon sandwich once, after 3 minutes by car, it was at 15°C (measured with infrared pistol). I think the refrigerated bank didn't work. And he wasn't famous.

I'm looking for the definition of the word tradition in the thousand leaves I just bought. Sec, the pastry cream is degueu (it looks like moslin but missed), a horrible taste of fridge/freeze... He's a NO.
