We are a couple and made a bad judgement in choosing Baguettina to have dinner. The decor is excellent and if you would like to just sit inside it’s a pleasure. Our server was very nice and efficient. The design of the menu was also very good. Now let’s get to the important part of this review the food. Words like clueless, inferior presentation, unimaginative, poorly thought out spring to mind immediately. The antipasto starter came out of jars and was a tasteless jumble of mixed salad things with two slim pieces of cheese. The mozzarella tomato starter could have been created by a child and was tasteless, unimaginative, and thrown together. For mains we had steaks as we were hungry from hi...
We came to this place on a truck when we were over, it looked interesting so we stopped for lunch. My first impression is that it was bright and clean with a lot of interesting storage cubic for the many wines in stock. The tables were very nice with cloth napkins and tablecloths. The waiter was very professional and not disturbing. The food was good, nothing really excellent, but definitely not disappointment. The atmosphere was really quiet and relaxing, which we enjoyed very much. We stayed a while after dinner, it was so beautiful. The prices were also reasonable.
Elegimos este restaurante porque queríamos variar de comer en nuestro hotel cercano. Fue una buena elección. Amplio menú de platos italianos. Me pedí Pollo Mediterráneo, que eran 2 piezas de pollo con salsa de tomate y espaguetis verdes. Estaba servido de manera atractiva y muy sabroso. Mi esposo pidió lomo de res con salsa napolitana y ensalada. Dijo que estaba cocinado a la perfección y muy tierno. También hay una extensa lista de vinos si deseas. La decoración es hermosa y cómoda, con un personal educado.
Stopped in here for a bite to eat at lunch time. Very friendly staff with good service. We both ordered sandwiches. The panini style sandwiches were simply awesome! I had the Cuban sandwich with ham and pork. My wife had the chicken prosciutto sandwich. Both were excellent. The bread was so fresh, I think it had just been made. Un café agradable y uno de los pocos restaurantes con aire acondicionado en la ciudad. El ambiente luminoso era un poco inusual en la hora de la cena, pero el servicio fue excelente y la comida estaba bien preparada. A solo un corto paseo de la Marina Santa Marta. Una comida ligera de sándwiches y bebidas para dos personas costó alrededor de 30,000 pesos colombianos, y también ofrecían opciones de cena más sustanciales.
No, I'm sorry, this place doesn't make Italian food justice. The service is just as poor. We saw more smiles on a guard. Many unnecessary pomp, but they have no idea. Cold red wine and mozzarella that I had to turn back, since it was really not even close to the real thing. Too bad because with hotels nearby might be a good alternative to the Down Town Noisy decisions.
A pleasant cafe and one of the few air conditioned restaurants in the city. The bright ambiance was a little unusual at dinner time, but the service was excellent and food nicely prepared. A very short walk from Marina Santa Marta. A light meal of sandwiches and beverages for two was about 30,000 CoP's, and there were more substantial dinner choices offered.
