The atmosphere is absolutely phenomenal! Great decor, great music. The food, although it 's been americanized, was still reminiscent of Jamaican. The lack of seasoning, in restaurants is still wow to me. Back road would never stand for this, Lol! Our Server Rell/Reese, tall, extremely nice, informative and personable. His Achilles heel was table clearance. Our party of 10 found ourselves playing tetris, moving old plates to make room for new dishes. Appetizer plates, discarded main dish plates, old cups, and napkins... the view equivalent to browsing a new car lot, in a growing junk yard. Not a good look. Overall it was a good experience. I would expect to see this chain in the SE, Charlotte...
First let me say, the food and atmosphere is great. I did find one issue there. I tried using the table provided salt shaker, which was clogged. I opened the lid and found it was rusted with salt all over the rust; which in turn ,changed the color of the salt. I grabbed another off a different empty table. THE SAME THING RUST. My question is, how many more are like that, and how many people have ingested rust dust????? NOT KOOL
I had a lovely dinner and the drinks were delicious. Our server was fantastic. However, one of my companions ordered a well-done salmon but it was overcooked. She also found food on her napkin when she unfolded it, but the server promptly brought her a clean one.
Happy Hour~Split 1/2 price coconut shrimp, crab dip appetizers with husband. Also split full portion of Grilled Chicken with Cilantro-Crema. We each had an Ultimate Piña Colada, again Happy Hour special till 6. Total $46 Tip. Delicious ? ??

I have only good things to say about my experience. Friendly staff, food was very good and fresh and service was quick. I wish I remembered the name of our server because he was excellent.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for lunch or dinner! The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is excellent!
Food was excellent as well as the service. The extreme pina coladas were delicious!
DO NOT order the key lime pie if you have an ounce of education in culinary arts.
