Avoid this outlet if you can. Terrible service and have observed the protein and Guac quantity reduce compared to other outlets. Staff is untrained on customer interaction and sometimes outright rude. Worst is seeing that sometimes they add the spilled food contents back into the tubs to serve to the next person. Make sure to check the amount of Guac they serve you or get it separately as it is an additional charge. The servers add a teaspoon and call it a day. In my recent order, I asked to add a little more (as it was not 1 servings worth $2.65) they charged me double Guac ?. The cashier who was next to the server was unwilling to listen and kept shaking his head and repeating like a robot...
The service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. On my first visit, I waited in line for 10 minutes only to discover they had run out of steak. I decided to give it another try two days later, but once again, after waiting in line, I learned they still had no steak available. If they can't keep their supplies stocked, they really shouldn't be open. It's frustrating to waste people's time like this. They need to make sure they have enough food before opening their doors.
I'd rather go the extra mile to watchung! Placed a pick up order for 840 pm it wasn't ready until after 9:15pm. I was told all the people that make the Togo orders were on break. Someone threw up and it was there for the entire 35 minutes I was waiting. If I have any stomach issues, I'm positive it's from this filthy chipotle and not the norovirus. I will not be back. The second time I've ordered from here and it's been dirty, unorganized and a long wait.
Worst chipotle i have ever came across ofPoor in service and they did not had fried onion and green pepper, corn, and sour cream. The staff is efficient and friendly, but the areas near the trash cans could use more regular cleaning, and the utensils and soda stations need to be restocked more frequently.
Chipotle is always great food. I just wish the food was warmer than it usually is. But overall, it is a great go-to place for perfect
The rice was undercooked, and the tables were dirty. It seemed as though they hadn't been cleaned properly.
My all-time favorite ?...veggie bowl is my go-to....I just love it.
