I recently had to cancel my order last minute due to a postponement of our event. Danielle was incredibly understanding and empathetic when speaking to me. Despite already fulfilling the order, she offered to cancel it and provide a full refund. She also offered to replace the order for our rescheduled date, which was more than I was expecting. I am amazed by her generosity and understanding. I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their baked goods, but this level of customer service exceeded my expectations. This unfortunate situation was made a little bit better thanks to Danielle's kindness.
My husband and I stopped here to get a drink and a treat. While they only have one gluten free baked good, which I couldn't have due to other dietary restrictions, I was really impressed with the girl that was helping us. She got the list of the ingredients from the back for me to look at. We had a coffee and a tea both were good. My husband had a donut that he said was delicious. The food was good, but I gave it 4 stars because they only had 1 gluten free option. But overall a great stop with clean bathrooms and ample seating.
I was at the Rochester location tonight. The sign was lit up saying Hot Donuts as If they were fresh. I order a dozen as well as a cider slush and cappuccino. I throw the donuts in my diaper bag and leave with my antsy toddler. While drinking my frozen apple sauce aka cider slush I walk to my car. I get home and pull out those hot donuts just to find out they’re stale and I’m missing six. My mom also says her cap was cold. I regret even leaving a tip.
While in Michigan for four days, I spent over $100 on cupcakes at Bakery 46. It was worth every penny! These were the best cupcakes I've ever had. The cake was moist and the frosting was perfect. I especially loved the chocolate covered strawberry flavor. Everything was amazing! I even brought some back to my hotel to enjoy later. I highly recommend Bakery 46 to anyone with a sweet tooth. Also, don't forget to try the peanut butter cupcakes!

If you like rock hard cupcakes and crunchy coffee this is the place for you. I thought, I would give this place a second chance and again they have failed me. This business does not deserve to be in Rochester. I will not go there a third time, I'm better off going to Tim Hortons.
I don't know if it's the youth of today but ridiculously slow. No common sense. Expensive coffee wasn't even filled to the top. I literally saw my sandwich in the back for 10 minutes before it was brought out. Just sitting there. I would not recommend stopping if you're in a
Bagels are fresh and delicious. Tasty selection of donuts and other sweets. Chill interior with relaxed seating.
Fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food is incredible and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend.
