We arrived at Grille and requested a table. The restaurant was not very busy, so we expected prompt service. However, after sitting down, we waited for a server for at least 15 minutes with no one approaching us. I went to speak with the hostess to let her know that no one had come to our table. We waited another 5 minutes without any attention, so we decided to leave. As we were walking out, we noticed several servers arguing with the hostess, who should have been attending to us. This experience was very disappointing, and while the service has never been stellar in the past, it has never been this bad. I don’t think we will be returning.
I visited this restaurant with my family hoping for a pleasant dinner, but it did not meet my expectations at all. First, my burger had a metallic taste. I considered speaking to a manager, but the way they treated their staff and customers was shocking. Their names were Sam and Heather, and I was taken aback by their unprofessional behavior and attitudes. The employees seemed fed up with them, which made the experience even worse. I won’t be returning; this was a disappointing experience, largely due to the poor management.
We got there at around 10pm. The waitress was very nice, but the food was terrible. The ribs were dry and cold, they tasted like something you reheat in the microwave and then forgot to eat it… real bad. Mac Cheese was terrible as well, cornbread and even the collard greens were just inedible. We were still charged for the whole meal and the manager didn’t even came to the table to apologize for the terrible food we were served. Everything tasted old so please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
The pub has a great atmosphere, featuring a central bar, a brick pizza oven, and cozy booths all around. The food is delicious; I tried the kielbasa with pierogies, while others enjoyed the BBQ brisket mac bowl, which was pleasantly sweet and savory. It came on a tray with five tasty side items. The Cuban sandwich was also generously filled. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable.

Jess, our waitress, was fantastic! We had a party of 15, and she was incredibly friendly and patient with us. The food was excellent as well. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area!
The experience has deteriorated. The mac and cheese for kids was dry and tasted like Kraft's, and they charged $9.00 for it. The burgers were also dry. I won't be returning.
Great burgers Service was good and food came quickly Nice and cool on a very hot day.
Not very impressive. The place could use a makeover, and the menu lacks excitement.
