Baker's Drive-thru

Before leaving the drive-thru, it is important to double-check your order. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I ordered three grilled cheese sandwiches and encountered several issues. One sandwich had no cheese, another was burnt, and only one was made correctly. When I returned to address the errors, the manager questioned why I removed the cheese from the sandwich myself. This response was unacceptable, as it would not make sense for me to go back home only to return to the restaurant and waste gas. You put tomato on my sandwich , my chicken on my sandwich was cold , and I asked for the meal you rang me up for only the sandwich , and I waited over 20 minutes in your drive through , your cashier told me she doesn’t make the food and shut her window , she could have given me the fry for the inconvenience, I didn’t get a sorry for the wait or anything. I really am dying to know why I had to wait 20 minutes for cold food that was made incorrectly with out so much as a sorry . Wow bakers. Just wow. The manager Brittney handled my situation well though I thank her for her awesome customer service!

Baker's used to always be really good, now it's very inconsistent. For instance, the last time I came here I ordered a chicken burrito because they used to be delicious. Made with two pieces of chicken breast and cheese with sauce. Now it's some nasty ground up cat food like substance that is repulsive. Okay so I went back and got a combination burrito and it was just okay, they also used to be one of my favorites. My question to Baker's is this: What happened? Taco Bell is even better than coming here.

I went there once with my brother and the experience was quite sketchy, the location is near a bunch of sketchy people. What made me more scared was that one person banged on my car window, until i gave him my food which was quite unappetizing, it had way to much mayo and onions and the fries were colder than me when I come out of the pool. Ever since they changed their milkshakes it’s been disgusting. Go back to the old way. Today is my last time coming to Bakers for a milkshake. The shakes are watered down. Yuck!

Service was amazing. Taco burger was cold. Everything else was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside of the restaurant was clean. The restroom was also clean.

The customer service was poor and the fries were cold even though I requested fresh ones. The tacos were also cold and the burger was not very good.

Can't go inside to order as the dining room closes at 6 and drive thru takes forever with 3 cars in front of me and still get cold fries ?‍?‍ Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was mediocre, not as good as it used to be. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was pleasant.

It's been awhile since I had Bakers...awful, flavorless hamburger. Drive thru person was friendly though.
