Some of the staff at this location are quite rude. During my visit to the drive-thru, Angelina handed me two large drinks but didn’t provide a cup holder. I politely asked for one, but she responded unfavorably. When I spoke to the manager, he apologized but did so without any empathy. On another occasion, I noticed one of the employees was preoccupied with his phone instead of focusing on the customers. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I plan to reach out to the company regarding the stress this location has caused me.
Two. Visit this Baker within 2 months, same issue. Not again impressed by the Fritten. They were not golden brown, had a dark brown with a gray look, as if old cooking oil was not clean or replaced. I also noticed that they had a large bowl of left frits down to maybe use them again? Burger was okay. Salad was yellow, it looked like the core of the salad. I felt the food was okay. Good service from the checkout. I will not return to this Baker again.
I am very disappointed. We've been loyal customers at Bakers for years and have always enjoyed their food for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. A small burrito, fries, and a drink now cost over $10! The beans were dry, and there was way too much rice compared to the other ingredients. As much as I hate to say it, we won’t be returning. Del Taco offers much better food at a much better price.
Very disappointed. We've been going to bakers for years, and always appreciated their food for a decent value. Alas, no more. A tiny, little burrito, fry and drink is more than $10! The beans were dry, there was way too much rice in relation to the otheringredients. I hate to say it, but we won't be back. Del Taco has much better food at a far better price. The restaurant was clean, and while the service could have been better, the hamburger was excellent. The soda was just right—nice and refreshing without too much ice. The chicken sandwich was also delicious, with amazing flavor. Although the service wasn’t top-notch, I would still rate the overall food quality a solid 5. Thank you, Baker's!
Manager(girl) was completely rude for no reason I was told if I came back within a month I would have my order replaced just to be told I should have kept my receipt. I was putting off coming back because I found a hair in my food so I was grossed out but it?s forsure been less than 3 weeks since the incident happened.
if I could give this place 0 stars I really would, Worst expirience ever I went to get some cheese fries and i got something so disgusting and just some old fries. Never buying from here again ! the cashiers were really awesome and nice to me though so that made me feel a bit better at least they got my drink right !
