Our bakery of choice! Very tasty offer whether cake, bread or other baked goods! The branches are clean and very cozy and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, our favorite rolls are: gravy corners, from time to time really tiny and do not seem well baked. We hope that this problem will be resolved. A request for this was made to quality management. Unfortunately, no answer was given to the request for quality management. Too bad, I find constructive criticism should be taken seriously and often leads to an improvement in customer satisfaction! Very bad service. The waitress did her best to avoid us. When I tried to explain something, she looked away and walked away. Expensive breakfast, plain and quite simple. My husband came in a few minutes later, after parking the car. Eventhough the room was almost empty, the waitress did not see him, she told me. No one asked him if he wanted anything or if we were satified with what we got or if we wanted anything more. I recommend you all to go another Bäckerei in former(? East Germany.

I ordered two coffees, one had a few nails and the other one had a hair. They probably thought he wouldn't notice. I do not recommend it and will not leave it anyway.

Beautiful café in Löbau, one of the few that is open on Sunday afternoon. Very large and wide offer. A ball of ice cream for € 1.60.
