Baladre - Reservar una mesa

We were told of this place by a friend. The croquetas are homemade and amazing. Actually, all of the food is amazing. However, after several visits to eat lunch there, we were charged dinner prices. I have no idea why and being how we are, we didn't fight it--we just paid, left and knew we wouldn't go back. We think that because we are not from here, they took advantage of us.

I am from Alcoi, a little town close to Alacant, so I have had lots of paellas (my grandma is an execellet cook) but the one we had in El Baladre is one of the best I ever had. They even invite us some drinks and smoked lomo iberico . Definitely will repeat when I am back.
