Ballers - Reservar una mesa

We were lucky to visit on a day with half-price deals. There were originally four of us, but one more person joined later on. Unfortunately, the restaurant seemed understaffed as we had trouble getting drinks and felt we would have bought more if someone had been available. The women's bathroom had issues, with only one working light in the whole four-stall washroom and one stall in disrepair with no sign. Our server spilled salsa and never cleaned it up. The food was hit or miss - the onion rings and fries were overcooked, wings were soggy, jalapeno poppers lacked flavor, but the deep-fried pickles were tasty. Eaten here before and its usually a family favourite. Took over 10 mins to get a drink order taken. Then our potatoe skins look like **** and were barely cooked. Waited another 35 mins for food..only to have giant night club scene break out with tons of wanna be rappers. This was only 8pm at night. Swearing and yelling on stage. There were still tons of kids in the restaurant and the f bomb is being flown around like the word please. Couple next to me asked to speak to the manager as they were very upset (regular customers) and he refused to speak to them. Thats beyond poor service.Its going to be a long time before go...thats even if i go.

This was a disappointment and we will not return. Our bills were wrong and instead of correcting and starting over the two waitresses treated us as fools. We ended paying double and told they could do nothing about it as could not do refund or credit. Instead brought token amount of cash to table and treated us as stupid and wanting something for nothing. It was not out first visit but will be the last. Management did nothing to help.

Went to Ballers with a small group of people to watch a hockey game. There are lots of TVs and seating. The food was quite good and the menu offered lots of variety. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was also great. And the Leafs won!

Trashy service, entrance full of smokers and just "ok" food. Been there when the bartender was having a domestic with a customer then ended up in the ladies room. This was on a Tuesday!
