Wow!! I’m so happy I finally got a chance to get down here. Don’t be fooled by the address, this location is as every bit of downtown as possibly can be. I ordered: The Short Round Side of Slaw Side of Mac (to go) (2) Frostbite (cocktails POUR a good cause) This gem is situated nicely on the corner of South Park Michigan Ave. Parking is okay, not great, but that’s downtown for ya. The bar staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I saw on SNS that the special drink was going to have $1 donated to a charitable organization (Feed More WNY) and really loved that concept. I always have a great experience with the cocktails at Ballyhoo, and my recent visit was no exception. In my opinion, it’s one of the best bars in town, offering reasonably priced drinks and outstanding customer service. The bar space isn't very large, but it's definitely worth a visit. They do have a limited food menu, though I haven't had the chance to try any dishes yet.

I didn't eat this time. I have before. For a simple menu, what they do they do well. However, if you want a good craft cocktail, the bartenders are some of the best in Buffalo. They know drinks you've never heard of and are good. I tried to stump them with the Army and Navy. No dice. They knew what it was and made a fantastic one. Will be back for drinks.

Charming bar located near the KeyBank Center, serving delicious hotdogs that go beyond the usual ketchup and mustard. I highly recommend visiting multiple times to sample all their offerings. Be sure to try the mac and cheese – it’s rich, creamy, and has a delightful hint of garlic and parmesan. I’d return just for that! Reserva una mesa ahora

Good beer list, great cocktails and fantastic sausages. I had the short ribs sausage with kimchi that was delicious. A very unassuming bar with a good vibe and a good crowd.

Loved this bar. Food was amazing we tried the Short rib and Lamb option and did a side of Mac Cheese. We also tried the jam preserve cocktail. Overall great experience.

We weren’t expecting much when stumbling upon this place in Buffalo. But it was the best place for a true classic cocktail and the food was awesome. A true gem.
