Balthasar - Reservar una mesa

I am a big fan of Balthazar NYC, so I had to go check out Balthazhar London! The ambiance is very similar adding to this the amazing contribution to the Parisian experience on that Tuesday evening with live band OCharmers with singer Oriana, playing the Best of the French Repertoire! The interior design is the exact replica of the SoHo, NY location. A must go in London!

Sometime I forget how good it is due to I can walk from home to Balthasar, it’s being in Gland for as long as I remember but new management took over a couple of years ago and push it from a traditional Swiss steak place into the best steakhouse in the region!! You need to book in advance to get a place as it is always busy.

The restaurant was taken over since I last came and I found it is an improvement. The food is very good, nicely served and the staff are friendly and efficient. The service is fast without rushing you and despite being full (must definitely book) it was not noisy nor did one feel overcrowded
