Hervorragende Kompositionen mit exzellenter Weinbegleitung! Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert! Toll kreierte Speisen, die sowohl geschmacklich und optisch als auch von der Konsistenz her voll und ganz überzeugt haben. Der Service und die Weinbegleitung haben ihr übriges getan. We really enjoyed a multi-course menu. The staging of the food was perfect. A taste experience was prepared on the other hand. The premises, the operation and the ambience were super and tasteful. A great evening with many new and surprising taste experiences! excellent food in this michelin 1 star restaurant. we ate on the less formal Grand 1904, but the food was Michael 1 star level there too. the service was lavish world class!
