We were breakfast this morning, I'm TOTAL BEGEISTERT!!! Even after the video and description I fell in love with the concept and originality of recipes, even without tasting the pancakes <3 Sooo delicious, sooo cozy, sooo nice, sooo tasteful, sooo central and... not overpriced at all! Such a bar really missed the city, I am 100% sure! BOOKWEIZEN ruleZzz! especially for gluten allergy sufferers who do not want to forget the taste of life, highly recommended;

It was very, very tasty in the Baltique especially the dessert pancakes with maron cream are highly recommended, the prices are completely good. The ambience is also very cozy and the music is tuned to the concept... all in all a very beautiful deli!

Was not impressed by their food Baltic crepes mostly. Neither was the service as it should be, especially taking into account that the place was nearly empty. I do have to admit though that the place is wonderfully designed.
