The nicest people on the staff in both places I went. English speaking too. I was little bit dissappointed that it wasn't like in other karaoke places where you sing in front of an audience. It is for groups of people 6 or more and you will get a room and sing together with your friends. A new concept. All I saw in two different BAM bars I went that all the groups that came out from the rooms had a big smile on their face : That's what karaoke is all about. Singing the first time is a tough call, but starting singing together with others will engourage you to come again. It is addicting when you learn songs one by one that you feel comfortable. A great little karaoke bar with several well equipped private booths and a small bar at the front. The sound system is fantastic, and there's a huge selection of songs to choose from. The drinks are great with some good beer and wine and good cocktails. The staff were friendly and polite and tolerant of our shenanigans. ;
