preordered my lunch on Sunday with uber east app to be delivered to my work on Monday evening. purley bcs I can't find the time to sit on my phone and watch the menus and restaurants when I work. they delivered it on Sunday when I didn't work and let it know I wasn't there. no contact with me, someone from work has reported me so I knew they brought the food. I called bambinos to tell them that I ordered this for Monday. the man on the phone started shouting at me and telling me why I'm going to order for the next day, he said I can only order a day I want to eat! he called why they don't order tomorrow if they want it tomorrow!? I told him because I can and ended the conversation. canceled...
We ordered a pizza and chicken kebab. The very least you expect is your meal to be hot, regardless of taste. Unfortunately the chicken kebab was cold. The pizza was fine. When I called Bambino’s to explain this, I was told that the chicken was...hot (despite me being the one eating it) when we notified just eat who we ordered this through. We received a call back from bambino’s asking why we would do this as they offered a new meal (I didn’t want a new meal but unfortunately the takeaway hung up on me not giving me a choice). They then verbally refused to refund me because of this. I am taking this further with just eat. Awful customer service. Aggressive and intimidating. DO NOT ORDER
came to order a kebab on my way to home from work (Wednesday 23rd) after I was ordered, 3 of the young came to work and began to smoke on the doorway (which is not even right outside) after they came back, used there hands to prepare...help my eating. I'm not a smoker, so I've been shaking out anyway, but the fact that they didn't even wash hands there after they were shocked! it is not the cheapest of takeaways, so I would expect better from them. I will not come back
Ordered three Deliveroo phones restaurant asked for little bit of chilli sauce was covered in it and portion for £8 as well disappointed is understatement called to ask to exchange it and get angry man on phone saying should have ask for sauce separate and...hangs up on me and tasted what I tried was dry and greasy will never order again and I will not be recommending restaurant to anyone I would rather pay for other people to avoid it receive disappointment that I did

Bought via Deliveroo and subsequently cancelled as the order was wrong and restaurant informed me they could only send ice cream drinks opposed to refunding. I cancelled via Deliveroo. Restaurant called to question this and then hung up on me. I noticed today that...the restaurant took the money and made a note on Deliveroo that the food had been delivered. Thankfully Deliveroo have recredited me but the restaurant isn’t to be trusted.
We had the most unbelievable Kebab Pizza and Cheesy chips with mayo after our night out on Saturday. Yuo might think this is just because it was at the end of a night drinking, but... oh no... we've had end of night fast food before......but this was epic 2am fast food at its best! Highly recommend the Doner kebab pizza for him and the cheesy chips and mayo for her... but be willing to share.
we ordered food in the shop and it was a great surprise! the staff was very friendly and polite, the load looked clean and the quality of the food was beyond and beyond! we said bambinos has been under new ownership for about a month and it is an obvious wow-difference. will definitely recommend and order again!
ordered a package, tablet by thunder and chips. two bites out of the pack everything I could taste was salt, continued to bind it right after. the donation dish was terrible, gave that to the dog. chips were soggy and even the dog would not eat them. takeaway by far

Ordered pizza paid over the phone hour and a hall later no pizza rang 10 times no answer so go to take away they said the driver had knocked which he never then tried to ring which he never! Argumentative rude and will not be...trying this place ever again!!!!!
