Last full day in france we where happy to be closing our holiday with a nice vietnamese restaurant but me and my companions knew we where in for something horrible when we where told by a lifeless waiter that we werent supposed to be allowed...in the restaurant and that he was making n exception. We started with three soups dumpling, noodles an duck, shrimp whilst the other two soups where tasteless I immideatly identified my dumpling soup as none other than the famous ramen packet mr noodles. Not to mention the noodles where still slightly clumped, nem was brought in completely white clearly from a frozen box not to mention the filling wich was so poor it resembled dog food . was brought in...
melts a little damp, but you don't notice it after a few minutes. the food was nice. nice selection of starters and snacks with some beautiful aromen. Vietnamese beer available. eat and drink very cheap. in portions was reasonable, instead of massive, but nevertheless. fill them up. owners helpful and multilingual. all in all I can see why this place gets so good reviews.
we visited bamboo to eat family. it was so good that our children wanted to return the next day. for my man to have a vegetarian meal. children have the children's menu that was authentic, happy torn off, but simply (they are not particularly adventurous...Asser) I had the bo bun that was delicious. would definitely recommend.
Nice service in the friendly asian style. The food was excellent, well prepared. The restaurant is unspectacular but in a sympathic manner. You go there because you like asian food and you get it to an affordable price. I we are in Millau the...next time we will be there again.

Bamboo offers an okay selection of Vietnamese food but there is really nothing special to mark it out in terms of taste, décor, ambiance, value or service. It's fine if you're fed up with French food but I wouldn't go out of my way to...visit again.
really delicious, great service. the green Papaya salad and the Bo-beat are authentic and meet in a hot day the place. family friendly and welcoming in the nearby streets of the medieval part of the city. reasonable and delish
the Peking Duck was excellent, the surroundings were beautiful... very, very friendly... owner was funny, very helpful even drawn us a map to walk around in the old town...
First time I have had vietmanes food and it was very good, great little place very friendly run by a family, good menu something for everbody, very good service

great eating and beer at a small place from a narrow road in the old town. 35 euro for 2nd menu in French, but the owner declares eveything .
The food is really good and fresh, and sympathic. If you close your eyes and tasting food you can smell Vietnam.
