Bamboo Beach Fusion Grille

AMAZING!. Absolutely loved our dinner here a few weeks ago! My husband and I were up visiting my parents who live just outside Sicamous, and we love heading to Vernon for a dinner out!<br/ <br/ We are from Calgary... and we dine out a lot! (At least once or twice a week). He had the steak, and said it was the best steak he had ever eaten! We also had oysters and spring rolls to share as a starter Amazing! <br/ <br/ The atmosphere was great but what I loved the most, if the chef actually came out after our meal and asked us how our dinner was! Who does that anymore?? It was so sweet, you could tell the chef actually puts attention and passion into her food.<br/ <br/ We will be back!

Looking at their name, it’s hard to see what is being fused here. Digging into their menu, one discovers west coast dishes seasoned with a Japanese flair. I had the fish and chips. The batter was super crispy and a hint of tempura (of course) and the fries had a light airy crunch. The sauces also had an Asian flavour. Not your garden variety vinegar and ketchup. We also had the tuna steak, ahi tuna grilled rare with a refreshing salad on the side. A nice interpretation of East meets West.

Eclectic Menu. This is our first visit to this restaurant and we were very pleased. I had the tempura set. It came with miso soup, crispy hot tempura, a beautiful salad and a bowl of rice. My husband had the shrimp dim sum which came with a salad and bowl of rice. The menu is so varied...and if everything else is as good as what we had today....this is certainly an exciting place to eat. We came early for lunch and by noon they were turning customers away. Don't miss this little gem!

Outstanding. Food that is an artistic masterpiece on the plate, and flavor that will make your taste buds dance! My first choice when it comes to picking a location for food in Vernon. Appreciating the pick up service they are providing during these pandemic times, and cannot wait until sit down is offered again. HIGHLY recommend eating here. Reserva una mesa ahora

Simply amazing. Everyone in our party was more than satisfied. We had tempura, vegetarian special and curry soba noodles (one with tofu and one with chicken). They are also very accomodating and patient about dietary requirements. The front-end staff was great (Amanda) and the chef even came out for a quick hello.

My husband's meal was delicious however mine was just plain weird. A Thai Red Curry with agadashi style tofu. My tofu was sticky, gummy and unpalatable. I brought it to my servers attention and he stated that was what it was supposed to look like. I was disappointed.

Excellent restaurant. Service was quick. Started with the shrimp tempura which had a delicious light batter. Then had the Chicken Curry Soba which was amazing. Large helpings, I could only get through half. Pricing is a little bit higher but worth every dollar.

I am from Victoria and this little place is a gem. The tempura is probably the best I’ve had outside of Japan and the Thai halibut was perfect. Great cook on the fish and lovely little fresh farmers’ market veggies! Reserva una mesa ahora

So great Bamboo is back open for in person dining. Incredible flavours. Service was brilliant. Wonderful creativity. Gorgeous presentation. Bravo Bamboo Beach.

The food was excellent. A lot of Gluten Free options. Service was slow and not kid friendly, but the food was worth the wait.
