Here's a short review of my dining experience at Bambus Garten near DUS Airport: The service was adequate although a bit slow. I ordered a beer and opted for the Buffet. Most of the trays were borderline empty, and so I figured they would bring out more food....but they didn't. None of the food was hot, and most of the choices (with the exception of fish) were of the fried variety (i.e. small Spring Rolls, Chicken Nuggets, etc.). This was actually the first Chinese Buffet I ever went to which didn't feature any Rice or Soup. No RICE??? Beautiful restaurant located in a former greenhouse, which is actually still very green with lots of plants and trees covering the aisles and the roof it feels a little bit like having lunch or dinner in a jungle. The restaurant is famous for it's Mongolian buffet, which offers a variety of meat and vegetables either cooked or uncooked. You can choose between filling up your plate with steaming food or watching the cook roast it at any time. There is also a sushi, a salat and a dessert bar. ... in the vicinity of Dusseldorf International Airport, formerly well known Restaurant TREIBHAUS. Because of got to go there rumours I went there twice, early last week and on Easter Sunday, and in broad terms wasn't disappointed, except .... During the week they offered a nice over-average Chinese Buffet at budget prices, reason for the walking distance *working class* flocking-in for lunch, This was said to be beefed-up at weekends, reason for booking *a table for two* for Easter Sunday. We have visited this place a few times now. All you can eat buffet for a reasonable price, the hot food is of good quality (certainly better than most restaurants of the same genre), the cold food that the chef heats for you is fantastic! I'm not a sushi fan but its my girlfriends favourite part of the menu there so it can't be bad. The service is as good as a self service place can be and the decor is unusual but nice. Should you fly from/to Dusseldorf and need a restaurant nearby, this is the place to be. A large choice of meat, fish to be grilled and many prepared dished you can choose from at the buffet. All you can eat in an old greenhouse with a huge living tree inside for under €14 pp (excl. drinks).

A nice buffet restaurant with a good and attentive service and an interesting atmosphere. The quality of the food is good. The price is very competitive: Lunch Buffet EUR 7,90, Dinner Buffet EUR 13,90.

The food was very nice and tasty but the service was rude. The meals were rich exept of the sweets as they had no variety. The place is pretty nice for October.

Typical Chinese architecture, atmosphere - all staff are Chinese - and cuisine. Very wide range of foods, very tasty!

Pretty good Chinese buffet in Dusseldorf. Service good and lot of the dishes on the buffet are authentic.
