My respect for Mrs. Lächel and her team. Saturday, 30. June 18 I was 80 with 30 people. Birthday of Günter S. da. Despite regular Saturday operation, we were excellently maintained, friendly. The food was good and for coffee there was a great, excellent cake and cake selection. The guests were happy to go home and the birthday child is already here in the bamboo garden. And what should I say, even today there is nothing to ****. The coffee is very good and the ice cream is deliciously dressed and is consumed in a nut. I like to return to the Hamburger Bamboo Garden from Nuremberg, although Nuremberg is also good. Thanks for the beautiful Saturday.
We found dirty tables and waitresses doing something else instead of tending to the guests. After we were ignored for 15 minutes, we got up and walked out. Because we didn't eat anything, I cannot comment about the food. But based on the poor service, I would not expect very much. The restaurant consists of a section which resembles a cafeteria and the Bambusgarten. Half of the Bambusgarten was closed off. We did not sit in the Bambusgarten because it was empty and we were afraid that nobody would find us. As it turned out, it didn't matter. We will not be back.

Hello dear Bamboo Garden Team I would like to express a special praise to the Dear Servicemen WOMAN GERICKE and WOMAN LAECHEL. The two make the bamboo garden a successful restaurant. The two services conjure the customer a smile and set a round for peace. All others may be cut off. Thank you for the well-being that your two customers and especially children give. Go on!

Compared to our last visit, this restaurant showed major improvements. We found the service to be prompt and friendly. Also, we liked the new menu and enjoyed the large cake selection. Cakes had to be ordered at the counter where we received a confirmation which we needed to show the waitress. The bamboo garden was a very relaxing place to eat.

I don't understand the many bad reviews... we were here today and it was really great! The service was very nice and often at the table to clean, and the brunch was very delicious.
We were on Sunday brunch, there was no single negative situation for us. Food was delicious, price appropriate. Ambience excellent! And the staff very friendly .

I think Hamburg's best cakes. Had no problems at all with waiting times and very friendly services. And children are happy in the climbing garden.
