Horrible experience. The lady in the front didn’t acknowledge us, and kept talking to the other lady on back, then after 5 minutes asked what we wanted with a nasty attitude. The food sucked, the Cuban sandwich had yellow American cheese and lettuce and tomatoes which is not in the traditional Cuban. The steak sandwich was ground beef and greasy. Waste of time and money!!!! Won’t ever go back. Thanks
No visible prices....disinterested staff....this place has peaked and is now in a downhill mode or it could be they do more call ahead/ pick up orders and don't really care about walk-in customers because they really don't need them! A lot of this everywhere! It's a pandemic off-shoot but no matter, I won't be back....just say'n
every time I order from here or ask any banan king I specifically for pink soße, I ask it several times in my order and every time it is ignored. his so frustrating his simple question and yet every time I never get. always disappointed I spent $20-30 on 2 things and yet what I ask is never there!
can even wait an order right 15 minutes for my order, which is understandable, then they missed 2 empanadas that are already made and just have to be put into a bag, but nope left me waiting another 10 minutes for it then only to see home that the rest of the article were wrong Reserva una mesa ahora
Good service. Probably bad for me but very convenient after late shift when everything else is closed. People at counter usually take me very fast and very helpful. Guess they're happy to see one non drunk person at 3am lol
customer service sucks.....the things ignore when they want to make an order. they take so long....food was cold....pan de bono was old....at any rate never come back. not recommended at all!
They're food is sooooooo good . Especially for late night bites . The chicken burger was so flavorful and delicious . Everything I ordered was very good quality .
