When I first arrived, I asked the man at the register what comes in the children’s burrito, he told me the wrong items, once I got the burrito I told him that my son doesn’t like ketchup and asked if he could we make it without the ketchup and said they don’t do that,I would have to order a new burrito. No problem I ordered a new burrito, and sent the old one back that he didn’t compensate us for, on top of that my food along with my friends food was burnt so we didn’t eat our meals, he didn’t even give us any type of compensation or discount for that either. . I don’t understand how someone can mess up an order. I ordered and spoke Spanish, because the lady taking the order did not speak English. She still messed up the order and I had to come back because I had missing items. That were paid for to boot. Then has the audacity to attempt to charge me again despite I showed the receipt. Will not be coming back after a second time of them messing up, service is terrible!
I waited over 40 minutes for my food and never received it, which caused me to miss my lunch break. When I asked for a refund, it took them another 15 minutes to process it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
The chicken seems off; it looks more like turkey ham, which is quite disappointing. I ordered five sandwiches and some chicken quesadillas, but what I received was not what I expected.

Had a Cuban sandwich. Was plenty of good meat but no pickles. Pickles complete the sandwich but when I asked the server, she apologized and said no pickles.
