Wow! Every dish was incredibly unique, not to mention the combination of spices and flavors. The first time we've seen food served in a mango, and the flavors were very strong in a good way. The yellow rice had a subtle savory flavor that was not overwhelming at all, perfect for eating with other dishes. There was a spicy sauce that was served with the hainan chicken rice that we even ordered extra to take home. Most of the dishes we ordered were not spicy or mild, perfect for those who just want to try the flavor without any disruption. Been here couple of times, tried different dishes, sometimes got surprised, but never disappointed. My favorite thing here is their deep fried ice cream dessert: it costs like a decent meal, but also enormous size, we were able to split it for four people and everyone got enough. Interior is very simple, and also tables stand very close to each other. Seems like they tried to fit as many chairs as they could Place is very popular, so at evenings expect some wait time to get a table or book it in advance.

Banana Leaf is a delectable Malaysian spot that has terrific service and a nice ambience to eat all your favorite Malaysian dishes. As pictured we ordered roti/paratha, veggie laksa mee, veggie Indian mee goreng, and pandan leaf panna cotta for dessert. Everything was filling, delicious, flavorful, and not too spicy. It was a bit pricey but considering the service and ambience it was worth it. Not too busy on a Friday night and plenty of seating inside.

This restaurant looks so busy and very popular in town. Overall atmosphere was great and all the staffs were so kind and extremely welcoming. Foods came pretty quickly eventhough it was very crowded and busy. I ordered Rendang chicken and Seafood Curry Laksa and taste was good! Surprisingly they provided a scoop of ice cream as a dessert for free. I would visit this place again and highly recommend you all visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was craving for Hainan chicken and I came to this place. Nothing was right about the Hainan chicken. The chicken was overcooked. the sauce is not right. Disappointed. But the mango sticky rice was good. Just a little too hot for dessert. I guess I came right when they open and they didn't have time to chill the rice.

Delicious food! The service was very friendly and efficient. Their roti appetizers are great. My Vegetarian curry laksa was better than my husband’s chicken laksa. Their black sticky rice with mango was to DIE FOR. Can’t wait to be back!

This place serves up some amazing Malaysian food. The Rendang was excellent and the Roti Chennai was so good. Everything else is also delicious. Service was top notch. Will be coming back for sure.
