AUGUST 8 2017After a 10h exhausting journey to get from Paris to Lacanau Ocean we deserved to have a good breakfast to celebrate the beginning of our holidays And what a better place but the Banana Cafe !Very nice view of the sea in the morning .... streets still relatively quiet... service very good with smile... food excellent and original (chia porridge)Not too expensive: double espresso (*2), pancake plates (*2), banana milkshake, chia porridge, café latte, waffle, strawberry smoothie) for 40€

Friendly staff, and great food.Had the opportunity to come with my wife and baby, had fish & chips, it tastes really good. Also came alone after an early surf session, i had breakfast and coffee, and worked on my computer all morning on the terrace, ordered an Aussie Breaky, very nice ! Staff really good.

We ended our day with a great dinner and a few beers. A lot of burgers and drinks available to order. The service is allright, but no more than that. The waiters don't speak English very well and you have to ask them to come and take down the drinks.

Chilled out place although busy. Great place for a drink after the beach or before dinner. Really relaxed and a great place to watch the sun go down.

Not all things on the menu were available and the service was rather haphazard and slow, but when food did arrive it was v good
