Butter chicken is one of my go-to take away/food delivery service meals. Unfortunately, Banda Nawaz missed the mark for me. There was no depth to the flavor of the curry sauce that one usually looks forward to in an Indian dish. I was shocked to find it did not come with a side of rice either, I have never had an Asian restaurant not give me a side of rice with my entrée. The garlic naan had no signs of garlic anywhere and the consistency of the naan tasted like a soft mini pizza crust going stale. I would leave zero stars if possible. I placed an order online at 645pm on Friday when they close at 8. I was charged but my order was refused. I called and was told that they closed early and therefore refused my order. I checked my CC account and was charged TWICE! And no food. If I can’t trust a business to honor their posted hours or their online ordering system, I certainly can’t trust them to eat there. They have lost my business for good. Now I have to fight a $50 charge and no food for me! Stay away.
Banda Nawaz always manages to give me great experience, be it the food, the staff or the ambience. Special mention for that guy who takes orders and gives discounts... he suggested us the best stuff on the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our meal. Thank you for everything. keep doing what you are doing!!
