Having visited a few times Bancock7 is our favourite and in our opinion the best restaraunt in Kendal. We ate there with friends last monday, it was their first experience and they were blown away with the ambience, service and the food, this really is a hidden gem and one of the few places that I get genuinley excited about 10/10, superb in every way Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Spring Roll, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Red Curry, Lamb Shank Massaman Curry, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Weeping Tiger Steak, Penang Curry

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The service is a bit vague. Since I have a bit of an allergy, I just asked if there was any nut-free food, but they said peanuts were flying in the air and it wasn't good for the child, so they kindly told me, but they kicked me out. Is it racism because I’m Korean?? It feels like an excessive rejection to the point where I feel like I'm being rejected. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent meal tonight, the food is always delicious and lovely atmosphere but tonight I think we had our best ever meal here, amazing food and the best ever service. 5 out of 5. Thanks for a very special evening. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
