Thier food is always good. They are a lot nicer then a hole in the wall but their food tastes better then you would think for the look. I know that sounds weird...but a lot of local small spots have cheesy decor and distracting art that moves but in this spot none of that matters because their pad thai is soo yummy. Their crispy duck is yummy, their spring rolls are yummy, their drunken noodles are yummy, curry puff yummy, yummy yummy YUMMY! OK, I'm good now, but fr I've never had anything bad off their menu.
I ordered the red curry with chicken. It was tasty with mild heat. There were only six small pieces of chicken in the whole meal, which was overloaded with bamboo shoots. I?ve had better Thai red curry in a frozen meal from Costco, which had more chicken and more flavor than this. Since this is one of the very few restaurants in this area, it does not surprise me that people give it a good rating. Believe me, this restaurant is way over-rated. While the food is OK I can get better from Costco.
I had Thai food from six different restaurants, including Bangkok Golden. This Thai fried rice was my favorite or all restaurants. I ordered crabs fried rice and chicken, beef and shrimp fried rice... no taste. ..Great Thai fried rice is tasteful and does not need soy sauce or additional spices. Soy sauce and extra fish sauce could not help these dishes. I threw 30 bucks of food away because it was unpredictable.
The smoky flavor in the meat was outstanding. We ordered Pad Thai, Bangkok Fried Rice, Satay Chicken, and the Panang Curry. All of the dishes were good, we are definitely planning to come back. The service was good. Lots of delivery orders. Everyone was wearing a mask, so they seem to follow COVID regulations.

I am truly disappointed in Bangkok Golden. I can't believe that their prices increased so much and they had the audacity to not even bother with filling the take out containers. Yes, the cost of everything has increased, but this is the last time I'll be buying from them.
Hands down the best Thai food in Maryland! We've been customers for over 15 years and my parents were customers before. The staff is super friendly, especially Gong and his sister. We always feel like family when we eat there!
Good was decent, not my favorite Thai place, but a good backup. The crispy basil chicken was good, a little too much coating/bread, otherwise it tasted good with a good amount of heat.
The staff isn’t too pleasant but the food tastes pretty great … (edit: one of the waitresses is much nicer than the rest and they all get a little nicer when she’s there)

The food is so fresh and so delicious! I wish they were delivered because I'm too lazy to go more often. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and cozy.
Telephone order was a breeze. Food was ready when I got there. I wa in and out in 5 min. Food always taste great.
