I came here a couple days ago— on a Saturday if I’m not mistaken— to try out one of their boba tea drinks. As someone who is completely new to this restaurant, I was asking the girl who answered me at the Drive By questions about the items on their menu. She answered me in such a rude manner and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing certain things about their drinks. For clarity, I asked about the Thai Tea and the Teas in general— if they had caffeine and what kind of teas they used— and she replied saying along the lines of “It’s tea so it obviously has caffeine” and other stuff in just a completely rude manner. I recently visited BANH MI PHO Express with high expectations, but I left extremely disappointed. First, I ordered the Banh Mi BBQ pork, which was underwhelming and flavorless. There was no depth or richness to the taste, making it a mediocre experience at best. However, the biggest letdown was the so-called “FLUFFY Japanese Pancakes.” What I received was not fluffy, nor was it authentic. Instead, I was served a pre-made grocery store pancake wrapped in cream. The evidence was clear with the visible marks from the paper cup they used to bake it, which is inexcusable. This lowkey made me feel like I’m in Japan anime land, THE MOTHERLAND OF ANIME!!! The boba was truly spectacular and magnificent and the first sip had me groaning with joy. This way my first date and now me and my boyfriend are married and have 8 kids named after bahn mi phos most popular items, I go here for each of me and my beautiful husbands honeymoons. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. It looks sad on the outside but it looks much better inside, as well as tasting much better. We ordered and got the food quickly. It tasted great and it was good value. There's also a drive thru if you're in a hurry. The iced coffee is very good, truly the best in town. Love this place. Brought my girlfriend here for the first time and she loves it too. She got the 3 meat pho and I got the grilled pork croissant and some eggrolls. I love the strawberry milk tea slush as well. 10/10

I've ordered enough from here to be able to say that they never miss. Their pho, Bahn mi's and bobas are delicious and so worth the I highly recommend. Service is also fairly quick I've never been disappointed

Food is decent. The banh mi is really good. Only complaint is of they would wipe their tables down. The number of times I’ve been in with all dirty tables is alarming.

Great place. Consistently delicious and inexpensive. Also the young ladies working inside make it an enjoyable atmosphere.
