Two servers and just one cook for the entire restaurant. We waited over an hour just to be seated, and then another 45 to 75 minutes for our food. The food is usually fantastic, but the shrimp was dry and the white sauce had an odd taste. This is not the same Bonsai I remember from before COVID.
On Friday night, we waited over an hour for a table for three, even though the restaurant was empty and there was no chef available.
This is a good family owned and operated Hibachi restaurant not far from Great Wolf Lodge. Great experience for the kids.

Food was delicious. Took a while to start the cooking process, but once they did it was worth the wait.
