Shocking experience.... Sorbet de fraise marked as sorbet was in fact ice cream which is a problem for my year-old who is lactose intolerant. She had eaten half of it before I noticed so I went quickly to ask the waiter who sent me...to the manager . I am fluent in French and explained the problem . He insisted that there is no such thing as strawberry icecream it is always sorbet . This is not true of course I explained this and the discussion continued . We got the tub out and it said creme glacier (icecream) and listed milk amongst ingredients but he insisted that his literature from the company told him it was sorbet he even looked it up but then could not find the reference . Oh dear ... our first visit was fine, any shortcomings in pricing and service overlooked cos of sunshine and view. We were aware that things were a bit difficult ... staff shortages etc. Had really nice salads just the ticket. We went back for...drinks, overpriced but ... Then (we thought they needed support went back for dinner oh dear, oh dear Mussels were a disaster. Should have checked reviews ...
I had never paid so much for such a disastrous card, a more than limiting reception (super serving) , a not honored order , restricted and tasteless meat , mussels that had to come from hong kong . garden tables and chairs and more dirty. ns don't want to waiters who only enforce orders. all this for an exorbitant price. short sell the shop, others will do much better.

The children's menus are expensive for frozen fries, the whole crêpe was correct for the price but the oysters were almost at room temperature served with "soft" butter and especially without bread a comb anyway! I asked for the bread 3 livers and also aperitif without even apero cakes or chips would be welcome especially at the price or paid it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had nice, friendly service. I had mussels which were ok, but the accompanying fries/chips were terrible. The bread served with the meal was a disgrace to France! The pasta was overcooked and a terrible sauce. Often, even cheap food is good in France; this...wasn't cheap, nor good. Explore other places along the beach if you want to enjoy the coastal weather.
all the merville restaurants that turned us back at 14:30 while we just wanted a fried mussel and that there were still many tables in the middle of a meal, fortunately that "hippocampe" and its kind staff welcomed us to eat on the terrace, in the sun. very nice, waiter with small care! Bravo! The restaurateurs apparently don't need money!
bag galettes .moules low-end frozen.. frozen quilts served for st jacque shells.. for 12 euros, fries handle , chicken pieces returned in a pan 8 euros. all decorated with a desire to vomit 2 hours later. Just sell lemonades.

We ordered a draft beer but it was finished We asked toothpick but They don't have it! Quality of food not so bad but not very good. Wine list very short and quite expensive. It's up to you!!
Let's make it simple: the boss is odious and the contents of the plates in his image. Go get more restaurants on the other side of the sidewalk.
