Albas garde bien ses secrets. Un moment mémorable et bon. De loin ça ne paye pas de mine: un bar tout simple, mais à peine arrivé on est saisit par l'ambiance authentique de ce restaurant-bar. Très convivial sans trop en faire, des clients vivants qui animent la terrasse, on est vraiment dans le Lot! Nous nous sommes régalés d'une salade au magrets confits d'un bon petit Cahors bien tannique sous l'œil attentif du patron: Roger. ... et ce, pour une poignée d'Euros. On y retournera l'été prochain.
Simpel bar/restaurant, je kunt er heerlijk genieten van de echte streekgerechten (confit de canard, salade avec Cabecou) Echt een restaurant om even uit te rusten. Lekker buiten zitten in de zon met een glas wijn. Het is ook een klein supermarktje. Ze verkopen er blikken eten, wijn en koekjes. Brood hebben ze er ook. Heerlijk vers brood uit het volgende dorp. De sfeer is echt relaxt en typisch Frans. Tegenwoordig heeft de bar een andere naam. Roger is helaas overleden.
Albas keeps his secrets. A memorable and good time. By far it does not pay for a mine: a simple bar, but barely arrived we are caught by the authentic atmosphere of this restaurant-bar. Very user-friendly without doing too much, live customers who animate the terrace, we are really in the Lot! We enjoyed a salad with the magrets confits of a good little tannic Cahors under the careful eye of the boss: Roger. ...for a handful of Euros. We'll go back next summer.
Simple bar/restaurant, you can enjoy the real regulations. Sit outside the sun with a glass of wine. It's a little supermarket, too. They sell cans of food, wine and biscuits. They got bread, too. Delicious fresh bread from the next village. The atmosphere is really relaxed and typical French. Nowadays, the bar has a different name. Roger died, unfortunately.
For information, Rogers is no longer known as the Limau. You will be greeted by Guillaume with smile and good mood. They have a brewery card made of fresh products and qualities. It's been a long time since I had eaten such a good rumsteack, because in addition to being fresh the products are well cooked. I can only advise you.
The restaurant has changed its manager this year and is now called Limau. It offers a menu with grilled meat (Lamb, brochette, etc.) and accompaniments, salads (vegetarian or quercynoise) from home desserts. The products are fresh and local, and excellent cooking. I really recommend!
