Very nice place, services are very good. The best lasagna ever. Would suggest a family that has children over 10 years old. We were there at 6:00. Luckily only 1 baby... come 2 families with younger children under 6 years at 7:00. Restaurant very good when the family comes with the trolley. You should park outside. If family understand them and do not allow their younger child to walk around, would be great. Because the area is small... the guards go around with the hot dishes. (Unfortunately not everyone would understand) Children are walking around..not sitting on the chair... around. Many families do not review it, would also disturb other people. That's what Ascona really is about. Surrounded by flowers, herbs, lovingly selected collector's pieces of all kinds, apart from the crowd, you will find rest and perhaps the best pizza you ever had. The same applies to Lasagna, which is freshly produced daily and... easy to die. Milady and I exchanged bites from the other and I can say confidently: From this world! They only focus on these two things, so on perfection. In the winter months they switch to two more specialties (Swiss, this time): fondue and raclette. That's a jewel. As Michelin would say, value the detour. As I would say, don't miss it!
Once again! Once again we are absolutely thrilled, from the homemade cuisine, which is prepared with love and heart, to the hospitality with which you are welcomed. The food is excellent and offers local, home-made dishes. The ambience invites you to dream and is ideal for a romantic dinner, family meal or even a spontaneous aperitif. You just feel at home, especially because of the hosts Paula and Sergio!! Big thanks for both of them and an absolute must for everyone who is planning a stay in Ascona!!
When it comes to pizzas or lasagne can you can't fool the Cortile restaurant. The menu is not littered with many different dishes, but rather you concentrate on the essentials. In the lovingly furnished courtyard you feel like you are sitting at home, except that you are served one of the best pizzas and at a fair price. The visit to Cortile is perfectly rounded off with a local beer as an aperitif and a good espresso with grappa. Conclusion: Gladly at any time Thanks Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant was busy, but a table for two was available. Personnel chose to ignore us completely as we waited at the reception. We left after 10 minutes and found a much nicer restaurant with a view over the lake. We were seated and served immediately. There is no view at Cortile.
We wanted to have a leisurely lunch at lunchtime (the restaurant was practically empty) with our child (sleeping in the stroller). Unfortunately we were sent away again because of the stroller! A pity!! Maybe we'll try again in about 1 1/2 years if walking children are desired?!
