French cuisine brought to perfection with Japanese precision and delicacy at Michelin restaurant ES by chef @takayuki_honjo. ⠀ Outstanding tasting menu from ES for our 8-course brunch .⠀ ⠀ Started with Pumpkin mousse and croque monsieur au foie gras. Followed by Girolles ravioli with delicious chestnut sauce. Unforgettable Lobster with truffle and cauliflower sauces. Turbot fish and lean crunchy chicken with a hint of lemon and apricot were the hero. Delicate Lichi sorbet with mellow smooth Jasmin jelly as pre-dessert and ended with heavenly ice cream

c'est mon deuxième passage dans ce restaurant et j'admets d'être toujours émerveillé par la qualité des entrées, des plats et des desserts servis à cette table. le cadre est sobre, mais beau. le chef compose ses plats devant vous et explique qui est sur votre assiette. c'est une table de goût où vous paierez le prix de la qualité, mais qu'il qualité aussi je recommande sans soucis et avec plaisir

only one word, raised. if they like the perfection, this is the next one they get in paris with the table of the chef of cuisine. the fusion of Japanese rigor with French gourmet codes. an experience they will remember for ever: caviar, oyster, austere, drown, pineapple, truffle and mushroom. again it was sublim.

very fine and refined cuisine, in a small minimalist decorated restaurant. I went for the basic menu, but certainly worth exploring the menu degustation. fun!
