Good veal with olives. A lovely spot across the way from the train station to sip a Pietra (Corsican beer) or glass of wine and relax over a well-cooked dish before or after a hike to the English Waterfall (Le Cascade Anglaise), or to the prehistoric rock shelter (Southwell).

Host of the waitress not really pleasant, acceptable dishes. It would be good to bring the wine in front of the client... so as not to doubt the origin. A big restaurant on the GR20.
