Firstly we were greeted by the lovely Celine with the widest smile in the French Alps and the best attitude. She managed to secure a table for two facing the slopes and in the full sun - just the way we like it. A chilled glass of rose and a pression of draft beer started us off and we basked in the sun and watched the skiers and boarders glide past on the beautiful pistes of the Chavannes. A thin base pizza with just the right amount of crispiness and plenty of cheese and a huge fluffy omelette served the Savoyard way with potatoes and a green salad and bread (of course) helped to ease the hunger pangs and we decided on a cheeky dessert - rum and raisin ice-cream with a shot of white rum, w...

Better than average but not quite very good. This is busy and pre booking a good idea when the slopes are busy. Hot chocolate and the Vin Chaud really quick to be served. The hot chocolate with whipped cream was a big hit with the children as they serve it with what looks like half a can of the cream on each hot chocolate! The menu was very varied with the traditional Savoy dishes in general good. The pizzas excellent, onion soup disappointing, pate delicious and beware the adult portions of Carbonara they are sufficient to feed 2.Staff were helpful and managed to understand our dreadful french but they were under pressure and it showed in the busy periods. Pasta served without sauce?Of the 3...
Located on the ski fields, this restaurant with a chalet style is pretty welcoming and nice. The food was better than expected but I would say a bit overpriced (the price hike is most probably due to the higher standard of living of English visitors who are very much present in Les Gets). It was surprisingly good to see and taste vegetables that are fresh (just a pitty that there are only few). I felt the meat (entrecôte) had too much fatty parts but the taste was not too bad. The "Pot au feu" was also well appreciated by the other guests. The waiter was pretty nice and smiling. It wasn't long to wait for our meals.
Set at the foot of many pistes, we frequently eat our lunches here - not just out of convenience, but because the food is so good and the staff are very friendly. If it's high season, particularly if the weather is not great (so the terrace is closed) aim to get here early (noon) if you want to eat lunch in a reasonable time. It gets exceptionally busy! The pizzas are excellent, but so are many of the other dishes too. considering its location, the prices are very reasonable. Reserva una mesa ahora
Both my husband and I ate tartiflette and the portions were huge, however, it could have been warmer. Our friend asked for a croquet madame and although this was not on the menu, the chef agreed to make it for him.Good quality food in attractive surroundings, with helpful and friendly staff.
We returned apprehensively with another group of friends having been disappointed last Feb half term. This time the service was excellent - very friendly and efficient. The menu is still wide and the food was good but the prices have really gone up. Over 16€ for a salad.
Friendly and good service. Good food. Plus it is the only restaurant of four at that lift area that will take a reservation!! Great if the weather isn't suitable for lunch outside leaving limited inside tables.
Love this place, we have been visiting for about 6 years and have always found the service and food really good, the staff go out of their way to find you a table, the snail risotto is our favourite dish. Reserva una mesa ahora
Stopped here for Coffee or Vin Chauds every morning on our recent Ski trip. Sat outside and watched everyone getting on the lifts. You have to be a customer to use the loos, which are downstairs.
