Bar Restaurant Le Venise

We stumbled upon this little restaurant on a rainy lunchtime. What a wonderful experience for our first meal in Lyon, we were visiting from Australia and the very friendly staff coped well with our limited French. We had the Plat de jour which was a veal stew and very tasty, followed by dessert and coffee as well as wine with our meal. Exceptionally good value and thoroughly enjoyable. Price per person: €10–20

I walked past it several times and said to myself that I should come and try this restaurant. So today, I entered... Well, I am very pleasantly surprised. The setting is very pretty and friendly, the waitress is adorable and full of humor and the food is plentiful and excellent. pas mauvais rien de transcendant mais c'est plus sur l'addition nous étions une table de trois personnes et avons consommé plusieurs apéritifs et nous nous sommes rendus quelques jours plus tard en discutant que la patron nous avait compté deux fois le prix des apéros

A good place to eat our traditional cuisine, open this Pentecost Monday 24 where I enjoyed a lamb shank and a good accompaniment and a very good cheese drizzled with very good olive oil . Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
