Bar Restaurante Egoki

the egoki does not look much from the outside, only a local neighboring bar, but in the back is a large restaurant. the warning of the menu is only in Spanish and the waitress speaks very little English, but we found that the case. in any restaurant we have eaten in zarautz. as british we were the first two at 8 o'clock (also true for any other restaurant). the main menu is extensive, but we went for the menu del dia and that was on a Saturday night and only 15 euro per person. for 3 courses, a bottle (good drunk) wine and water amazing worth. there were 5/6 starters and the same number of netzens. as an appetizer I chose risotto with mushrooms, a huge part and absolutely perfect cooked with a dense fungal aroma really excellent. my man had pasta with garnel and mushrooms also generous and he really liked it. for the netzen john chose ersatzrippe des schweines, which fell with sweet cooked and apart. I went for ink fish in his own ink, which was as good as any other I had, it is one of my favorite dishes. we couldn't see a dessert. we returned on Monday night and the restaurant was not in use so that we were served in the bar the same menu del dia, except they had changed about the half of the choices on both start and netzen and this time the bill was 22 euro presumably because we were in the bar, instead of the restaurant, but the food quality was exactly the same. my man had spinat crepes and I went for sopa de pescado for about the third time this holiday and there is obviously a standard menu, but it is jolly good and this dish had much more solid fish in it than some others I had. johns porn was essentially fried chicken pieces (I said the menu was a little tricky, I can fish the meat / fish, but not necessarily how they are cooked) served with chips not terrible spanish, but good. Nunca he dado una terrible revisión para ningún restaurante, pero temo que este lugar lo merece. acabamos de visitar el cercano museo de fotos (no en asesor de viaje, pero vale la pena una visita) y porque llovió para el próximo restaurante. los primeros signos no eran buenos, estaba casi vacío a las 14:30 el sábado por la tarde y todo parecía mal (incluyendo el mantel sucio). Elegimos el menú de 15€ del dia, pero encontramos que había bastante de todo desde el frito de grasa profunda y servida en plucks de aceite de cocina. incluso la ensalada era repugnante, cubierta de un brillante guante rosa. el brote era rocoso y el servicio descuidado. para cubrir todas las bebidas sin alcohol, no habíamos incluido a los niños en el precio de la comida y tampoco más impuesto sobre el valor. era perceptible cuán completo prácticamente cualquier otro efectivo y el descanso estaba en zarautz.
