I don't know where to start. we have made a reservation, 3 adults with a small child. When we arrived, 4 reserved tables were empty and we came first, so my man asked if it is possible to sit on one with something, as we are with a small child and it will be too much for him to stay all lunch on the sun. the answer was not to take or leave it quite a lot. to ask why we can't pick up as we arrive at the first, there was only ignorance and they begin to act as if we were not there. Finally we sat the old lady, who was very nice, brought a umbrella and that was it. eating was very slow, the dish with otopus very oily. the young thin-wound waitress who greeted us (if we can call it that) before place, did not bring our orders and avoid us when we signal that we need a waitress. at the end of our gloomy where two cream brules and tiramisu, the creams were not ready, they were as liquid as suppe and they still served them as they were. we left them untouched. when I asked the bill we were charged a beer, we never ordered, and a false drink that was more expensive with 4.2€ than the drink we originally wanted (my order tinto de verano for the first time 2.8€ and he wanted another, so they brought sangria on glass 7 € and we found this with the bill)Horbar service and experience. never back.
Pésima experiencia… fuimos a tomar algo con intenciones de comer y le dijimos a uno de los camareros si podíamos sentarnos (cuando tenían solo 1 mesa ocupada) y nos dijo que si solo íbamos a tomar algo no que estaba todo reservado, en cuanto le dijimos que queríamos comer también nos dijo todo lo contrario, que donde quisiéramos. Qué actitud es esta?? Teniendo solo este restaurante abierto se aprovechan un montón de la gente y no dejan tomar algo si no vas a comer algo, además el tono y la prepotencia es algo bastante incómodo, me parece de muy mala educación y creo que se podría decir de mejor forma.
