My sister reviewed this place last summer (Teresa R for Shropshire). I live in the village and like her I have wondered why this place is surrounded by restaurants which are busy and this place is not. It appeared to be the underdo, the newcomer and had not established itself. So my sister and girlfriend visited and both enjoyed their meal. I never got round to visiting. Today I had worked from early morning and thought I would treat myself to what appeared to be an interesting menu. My local restaurant's reliable and inexpensive menu is fine but I thought I would have a change. I should not have bothered. Habíamos notado que los otros dos restaurantes en la plaza siempre estaban ocupados y queríamos entender por qué no mucha gente estaba comiendo al aire libre aquí. Llevan abiertos un par de años y los otros restaurantes competidores unos 20 años (según mi compañero de cena). Para apoyar a este restaurante que se veía tan vacío, decidimos comer allí. A mi amiga le encantó su plato de pescado y yo tuve lasaña vegetariana que tenía un sabor razonable y estaba caliente/fresca. Si ayudara y yo fuera la camarera de pie afuera, intentaría atraer a la gente más, usar algo de la personalidad que vimos cuando nos servía en lugar de volver a leer los menús una y otra vez en un restaurante vacío. Fui atendido por Eleanor y hablaba un inglés increíble a pesar de solo haber visitado una vez. ¡Nos hizo sentir cómodos con nuestro pésimo español y fue una camarera increíblemente amigable! ¡El lugar encantador en la plaza y la comida era increíble! ¡Perfecto para toda la familia, pero sugeriría probar la comida española o un plato de pescado! ¡Estamos muy felices con nuestra visita y es una lástima que no estuviera un poco más concurrido! ¡Definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo! ¡Tuvimos una velada encantadora!

Situated on a beautiful hilltop village square alongside a few other cafes we chose this one because it had the most shaded seating. In the end we didn't eat, however the service was excellent. Drinks pretty standard. A top place to stop on a bike ride. Reserva una mesa ahora

A real gem of a place, say on the corner of the square,(which is beautiful), bike rack outside and a lovely, friendly waitress who could not do enough for us. Coffee was great, food was fab and the ambience excellent. We will be back next spring.

The Pizza was OK. Not like in Italy but OK. Salat was fresh and so very delicious. The original Malircean dish was also delicious. Best was the homemade Apple pie. They also have decades coffee. Next time I'll be in again.

El camarero estaba muy confundido. La calidad de la comida podría haber sido mejor. Los gambas en ajo eran pequeños como camarones y las porciones eran en general bastante pequeñas. No vale la pena.
