Baratta's Restaurant

Came with my family for Valentine's Day. We made a reservation and were seated right away. The resturaunt was busy but our food was served promptly and tasted great. Waitstaff were attentive and quick with refills. Portions were generous and they were happy to send boxes with us. We will be back to try more of the menu.

we loved our escape. my date was not important for the suppe. the waitress heard that and took the bill. she was amazing not to remember her names. it was super loud in there, so it was hard to hear each other when you talked

it is not easy to find, but this place is a jewel! the chicken amaggio and pizzas are our favorites. efficient and friendly server and fair prices. one of our favorite Italian restaurants!

One of our favorite Des Moines restaurants! Great food, great service. Nobody can compare to their fried mozzarella cheese appetizer.

Always a great choice for Italian. The owner is onsite which makes for consistent quality. Service is good and food is great.
